How to look good naked...lazy Sunday

My dear frieds AND even my lovely daughter says that I'm soooo like Carson Kressley (The Queer Eye, How to look good naked)....ok,ok - we do have same manners, but I think I look alike him a little bit too:

eeh, one of my biggest concerns before my "hip cleaning" was how to paint my toe nails after operation... I never ever show my bare foot without beautiful colored nails.. yes, I'm Mrs. Vain, and proud of it ;)...and Antsu, the Love and Light of my life, promised to paint my nails if can't (but I could)
Hey lovely women out there, how often do you stand in front of a mirror only watching what ever you think is your best parts, enjoying your body, as it is, proud to be you????
I made a promise to myself when my hip was so sore that I hardly could walk, sitting long time or sleeping a whole night was impossible, constant pain..That when and if I can live even alittle painlessly after operation I will be more kind to myself and my body. I decided finally to actually listen to my body. I have been the master of telling our participants to listen to their bodies, and being 'no pain-no gain' my self - before my body said STOP, totally.
Now I'm going to relax and maybe read "Shopaholic and her sister" before it's time for the big TV night, starting with my favourite program "Dancing with the Stars" and followed by Amazing Race (they are in 'roadblock' in Finland 28.3.)
I'm fully enjoying this lazy Sunday with my Dear Antsu (I love u SO), before tomorrows "back to life (read 'work'), back to reality". Have been home 4 weeks after my operation and I'm feeling good. Gentle yoga, spinning (not yet fasterfaster-harderharder-scooterscooter) and this last week Bodybalance #44 reherseales has made wonders. Monday will be a good day, we have Bodybalance relaunch in Espoo (www.lady.fi) and I'm really looking forward to it.

Next week will be nice, starting rehearsing Bodyvive #10, after 2 more weeks I finally will be back with Antsu on our Bodyvive class... it start's with good old 'Celebration', and it really means that for me :)
