From Ashtanga Athlete to "Be Kind to Yourself"-yogi

I started my yoga path with Ashtanga yoga 11 years ago. During the years I completely fell i love with this vigorous, strong, athletic yoga style, that felt perfect for my body and soul....but like life, everything is constantly moving and changing. I have changed. Totally. No power yogi anymore. Now my practise looks more or less like this:

..and it really sooths whole little me, body and mind, soul and spirit.

ok, I still do need my vigorous, athletic training also
- that's what Indoor Cycling is for ;)
